World toy giant Mattel will open its first Barbie flagship store in the city on March 7 to mark the brand’s 50th anniversary. The six-floor Barbie store on Huaihai Road will feature all products and services under the brand, including dolls, apparel, confectionery, stationery, bubble bath, outdoor toys and electronics, said Julia Jensen, Mattel’s vice president of public relations and communications international.
